underwhelming stay. room and service issues exist.
broken acsubpar cleanliness
I didnt like how the air conditioning wasnt working properly. it was july, and the room was stifling. the breakfast also disappointed me. i'm vegetarian and there werent many options i could eat, its a waste of money. i also found the cleanliness subpar. The bathroom had water everywhere and the bedding didn't seem fresh.

the location was superb, placing me steps away from key attractions. the staff demonstrated really good kindness and attentiveness throughout my stay. i particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee machine and the selection of herbal teas available in the lobby. it was a thoughtful touch that enhanced my experience.
The dated decor in the communal areas felt a little underwhelming. I believe a refresh could elevate the overall impression. while the room was clean, the communal areas felt less cared for. i noticed some wear and tear.

my double room featured a comfortable bed. it also included tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary water was also available. the room also had reliable wifi, very convenient for work and general use.

the hotel is centrally located near many restaurants, shops, and cafes. a metro station is very nearby at approximately 100m, and is convenient for getting around, it offered easy access to various parts of the city. i really appreciated that.
